General rental conditions
Costs are calculated on a weekly basis, per person, per day of use (see updated 2025 price list).
Rental of the houses is recommended in weekly modules, from Saturday (check-in from 2:00 p.m.) to the following Saturday (check-out by 10:00 a.m.).
Payment must be made in advance and must be received well in advance of entering the house.
Any requests for use in different periods must be received well in advance, by writing to
Any material damage to the houses and their structures, furnishings and equipment will be reimbursed by the tenant.
There is an obligation to reimburse the costs for the mandatory cleaning of the Casale (150) and the House (50), including the change and cleaning of linen, at the end of the stay.
Mandatory Deposit: 10% of the rent amount. The amount must be paid upon entry into the house.
Refund of the deposit upon departure, subject to verification of the state of return of the house and its furnishings.
Upon request, it is possible to book extraordinary cleaning services and/or linen change during your stay.
In the house you will find a WELCOME BOOK that will offer you valuable information for local services: beach reservations, boat and trip reservations, daily ordinary shopping and shops, fishmongers and butchers, selection of restaurants and traditional places, home cooking services, purchase of typical local products, local markets, local festivals and fairs and many other useful information to make your stay at Uliveta comfortable.
Precautions
A holiday in the farmhouses and farms of Salento requires maximum attention and collaboration from our guests for the correct use of the facilities, which must necessarily involve polite and virtuous behavior.
Since we are in the heart of the Salento countryside, and the houses do not have a public water and sewer system, we kindly ask our guests to be very careful and attentive when using the water supply systems and the use of the bags and drains.
The "fragility" of these systems, although built in compliance with the law, recommends the use of biological detergents for washing clothes and dishes and the minimum use of paper, avoiding introducing objects and materials that are difficult to dispose of into the system.
In an equally virtuous way, care and attention must be paid to the use of water, trying to avoid unnecessary waste during showers and washing.
Hot water is guaranteed by a photovoltaic system that allows you to have hot water available without having to resort to electrical systems. Any water waste could however lead to short waiting times.
The use of air conditioning must be limited to the time you are at home, and only in the rooms you are in, avoiding leaving the systems on unnecessarily during the hours you are out of the house.
For safety reasons, we recommend that you always check that all the windows in the house are locked, when you leave and during the night.
If you have animals with you, we invite you to always keep them on a leash, especially in the evening, to prevent them from climbing over dry stone walls.
Finally, we recommend that the common areas be kept as clean as possible to respect those who will occupy the house after you.

Peter's house
Also available in the land adjacent to the main farmhouse is a second farmhouse of 60 square meters, recently renovated, an independent housing structure, fenced with dry stone walls and equipped with private access with gate, connected with an internal passage to the main farmhouse.
The house has an equipped eat-in kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with access from the bedroom, planted garden and outdoor veranda equipped with barbecue and dining and conviviality area.
We offer the availability for a possible third bed in the double bedroom, on request, as well as a possible cot for newborns.

Condizioni generali di affitto
I costi sono calcolati su base settimanale, per persona, per giornata di utilizzo (vedi listino prezzi 2025 aggiornato).
L’affitto delle case è consigliato in moduli settimanali, da sabato (ingresso dalle ore 14.00) al sabato successivo (con uscita entro le ore 10.00).
Il pagamento deve essere anticipato e deve pervenire con ampio anticipo sull’ingresso nella casa.
Eventuali richieste per l’utilizzo in periodi diversi dovranno pervenire con ampio anticipo, scrivendo all’indirizzo
Eventuali danni materiali alle case e alle sue strutture, ai suoi arredi e corredi, saranno oggetto di rimborso da parte dell’affittuario.
Vige l’obbligo di rimborso delle spese per la pulizia obbligatoria del Casale (150) e della Casa (50). compreso il cambio e la pulizia della biancheria, a fine permanenza.
Cauzione Obbligatoria: 10% dell’importo di affitto. L’importo dovrà essere pagato al momento dell’ingresso nella case.
Rimborso della cauzione al momento dell’uscita di casa, previa verifica dello stato di restituzione della casa e dei suoi corredi.
E’ possibile prenotare a richiesta, servizi di pulizia straordinaria e/o di cambio biancheria durante la permanenza.
In casa troverete un WELCOME BOOK che vi offrirà preziose informazioni per i servizi di prossimità: prenotazione spiagge, prenotazioni natanti e gite in barca, spesa ordinaria quotidiana e negozi, pescherie e macellerie, selezione di ristoranti e di locali di tradizione, servizi di home cooking, acquisto di prodotti tipici locali, mercati rionali, sagre e fiere locali e tante altre informazioni utili per rendere confortevole il vostro soggiorno all’Uliveta.
Precauzioni
La vacanza nei casali e nelle masserie del Salento richiede massima attenzione e collaborazione da parte dei nostri ospiti per un corretto utilizzo delle strutture, che deve necessariamente passare da comportamenti educati e virtuosi.
Trovandoci nella piena campagna salentina, ed essendo le case sprovviste di rete pubblica idrica e fognaria, si pregano i gentili ospiti di fare molta cura e attenzione al momento dell’utilizzo dei sistemi di approvvigionamento dell’acqua e dell’utilizzo dei bagli e degli scarichi.
La “fragilità” di questi impianti, pur realizzati a norma di legge, consiglia l’uso di detersivi biologici per il lavaggio dei vestiti e delle stoviglie e l’utilizzo minimo della carta, evitando di introdurre nell’impianto oggetti e materiali difficilmente smaltibili.
In modo altrettanto virtuoso si deve porre premura e attenzione sull’utilizzo dell’acqua, cercando di evitare inutili sprechi durante le docce e i lavaggi.
L’acqua calda viene garantita da un impianto fotovoltaico che consente di avere acqua in temperatura a disposizione senza dover ricorrere a sistemi elettrici. Eventuali sprechi d’acqua potrebbero tuttavia comportare brevi tempi di attesa.
L’utilizzo dell’aria condizionata deve essere limitato ai tempi di permanenza in casa, e nelle sole stanze occupate, evitando di lasciare gli impianti inutilmente accesi nelle ore in cui siete fuori casa.
Per motivi di sicurezza, consigliamo di verificare sempre che tutte le vetrate della casa siano chiuse a chiave, al momento di uscire e durante la notte.
Se avete animali al seguito vi invitiamo a tenerli sempre al guinzaglio, specie nelle ore serali, per evitare che si possano allontanare scavalcando i muri a secco.
Ci raccomandiamo infine alla massima pulizia delle aree comuni per rispettare coloro che occuperanno la casa dopo di voi.
